This website initially was launched for a printed publication, the GLOBAL SOCIAL NETWORKING DIRECTORY *, which was planned to become a “worldwide telephone directory” , and the REGIONAL ISSUES of it.
This project was not very successful so far, but still here´s the basic information about it:
You can place a free permanent ad (we call it “profile”) in it via SMS or fax, either to find new friends, penpals or business contacts worldwide or to promote your artwork as an artist or member of a band.
